Inroute Dispatch exists because too many hard-working owner-operators were running full weeks and finishing them broke. We fix the two things that cause it: weak negotiation and messy back office.

Our Story

Why we started

Our team came out of brokerage and carrier operations. On one side of the phone we saw exactly how loads were priced and where the margin lived. On the other, we watched one-truck operators accept the first number offered because they had nobody checking the market for them and no time to argue while driving.

So we built the service we would have wanted: a named dispatcher, real lane data behind every negotiation, and the paperwork handled the day the load delivers. Based in Okemos, Michigan, we now dispatch across all 48 states.

Our Mission

Raise revenue per mile, remove the admin

Every decision we make is measured against two questions: does this increase what the truck earns, and does it take work off the carrier's plate? If the answer to both is no, we do not do it.

That is why documents, invoicing, factoring submissions and compliance tracking are included with dispatch instead of sold as add-ons. A carrier chasing paperwork at midnight is not a carrier making money.

Who We Serve

Owner-operators and small fleets

Roughly two thirds of our carriers run a single truck. The rest are fleets of two to ten. That focus is deliberate, small operations need someone in their corner on every call, and they feel a bad week immediately.

We work with established authorities and with new MCs, in dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, power only, hotshot, box truck and straight truck operations.
