FAQ

Straight answers before you sign anything

Pricing, onboarding, paperwork and how we actually run your week. If your question isn't here, call us and ask it directly.

We charge a flat percentage of the gross on loads we book, quoted clearly before you sign, with no setup fee and no charge on loads you find yourself. There is no long-term contract.

No. We do not practice forced dispatch. We present the load, the rate, the miles and the broker, and you decide. Nothing is booked without your approval.

Your MC/DOT authority, a certificate of insurance, a signed W-9 and a completed dispatch agreement. Most carriers are booking loads within 24 to 48 hours of sending those.

Dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, power only, hotshot, box truck and straight truck. Our dispatchers are assigned by equipment type so you are never working with someone learning your freight on the job.

Both. Roughly two thirds of our carriers are single-truck operators, and we also run dedicated planning for fleets up to ten trucks.

Dispatch coverage runs seven days a week, with after-hours support for breakdowns, detention and appointment problems while you are on the road.

We confirm those terms in writing on the rate confirmation before booking, document the timestamps as they happen, and bill for them with the load instead of arguing after the fact.

We source from load boards, established broker relationships and direct shipper contacts where they fit your lanes. Direct freight is not promised on day one, it is built as your on-time record grows.

We do, under your company name. We track receivables, follow up on late payments and send you clear statements per truck.

Yes. Our agreement is month to month with written notice. We would rather earn the next month than lock you into it.

We organize the mileage and fuel documentation you need for IFTA, keep certificates of insurance current with brokers, and track renewal and inspection deadlines so nothing lapses.
