- Onboarding documents provided for dispatch service, such as authority, insurance certificates and W-9 forms.
- Technical data collected automatically, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring URL.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to quote requests and provide dispatch, negotiation and back-office services.
- To set up carrier packets with brokers, shippers and factoring companies on your behalf.
- To prepare invoices, submit documents and support billing and accounting activities.
- To communicate service updates, load information and account matters.
- To improve our website, measure interest in our services and maintain security.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only where it is necessary to deliver the service you requested or where required by law.
- Brokers, shippers and load boards, when setting up or booking loads for your authority.
- Factoring companies and financial partners you instruct us to work with.
